Kiera has managed Dr. Barbarino’s Los Angeles and Austin offices for the last three years. From scheduling to email blasts, Kiera supports Dr. Barbarino, staff and patients with the upmost professionalism to ensure quality care.

Previously, Kiera worked for the University of Pennsylvania where she launched and managed the alumni travel program and supported regional alumni clubs for its alumni relations office. Kiera’s career has also focused on conference event logistics, travel blogging, and keynote speaker management. Originally from New Jersey, she attended middle and high school in Texas, and has called the South Bay home for twenty years.
