At Barbarino Surgical Arts, we are committed to providing the highest quality medical and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of elective cosmetic treatments and procedures, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all surgical and non-surgical purchases and deposits.
All payments made toward consultations, procedures (surgical or non-surgical), treatment packages, and deposits are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Surgical procedures
- Injectable treatments (e.g., neuromodulator, fillers)
- Skincare or laser packages
- Prepaid services or bundled promotions
- Reservation or booking deposits
Once a service is purchased, scheduled, or rendered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of patient satisfaction or change of decision.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Barbarino Surgical Arts we are committed to providing exceptional care. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Consultations and Non-Surgical Appointments
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged a $150 fee and may require a deposit to rebook.
We understand emergencies happen and will evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis. However, repeat offenses may result in limited booking privileges.
