This patient is a 40 year old female who had stomach (abdominals), sides/flanks (“love handles”) and back liposculpting/body contouring with fat transfer to the buttock (Brazilian Butt Lift). As you can see, there is significant improvement in contour and reduction in size of the sides/flanks (“love handles”) and back, as well as enlargement of the buttock to the appropriate shape and size immediately after the procedure. Note that there is significant swelling and over treatment of the buttock immediately after the procedure, as roughly 15-30% of the harvested fat will be absorbed by the body and lost 3-6 months after treatment (the rest will remain).
